Recently, one customer gave a feedback that he could open v03.2020 MB SD C4 software with MB SD C5 when using the license. But he got the errors when opened the following files as below:

1.Config Assist

2.DTS Monaco 8.13

3.EPC&WIS(admin 12345)

4.Open Your Star SD4 2020.3

5.XENTRY Diagnosis/XENTRY Diagnosis SIM

Except the first one, others are not activated.

1.Solution for Config Assist: 

Press “Win+R” button at the same time to open run window, input “Services.msc” in the Windows service, and start Configassist service

2.Solution DTS Monaco 8.13 error:

Please send the ID to your dealer to activate.

3.Solution for other errors above:

The MB SD C4 software activation video comes with the software, you can find the video on the screen of computer.

How to Solve Xhorse VVDI Mini Key Tool Always Ask to Update Problem?

Customer problem: When I install ODIS V5.1.6 software by my VAS6154 diagnostic interface. An error pops up with the words “Framework start failed with “13” in the offboard Diag Launcher process. There is not file to select in the local directory.

You need to install a virtual optical drive, map the more 30 unzipped files into a CD.

And in the URL option, click “Select local directory” to select the corresponding drive.
